Shipping Policy

At Solstice Science LLC, we understand that timely and secure delivery of research-grade compounds is critical to your work. This Shipping Policy outlines everything you need to know about how we process, package, and ship your orders.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. All shipments require a physical delivery address.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the receipt and possession of our products complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your state or locality. Solstice Science LLC is not responsible for orders that are seized, delayed, or refused due to local regulations.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays) from the date of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, processing time may extend up to 5 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, and other factors outside our control may affect delivery.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Packaging and Cold Chain Handling

All Solstice Science LLC products are packaged with care to maintain product integrity during transit. Certain peptide compounds are temperature-sensitive and may be shipped with appropriate cold packaging (insulated mailers, ice packs, or dry ice) depending on the product and season.

Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately and store products according to the specifications listed on each product label. Solstice Science LLC is not responsible for degradation resulting from improper storage after delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. You can also log in to your account at solsticescience.com/my-account to view your order status and tracking information at any time.

7. Undeliverable and Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up from a carrier facility, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipment. Solstice Science LLC is not responsible for packages undeliverable due to customer error.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any secure package drop locations. If the package cannot be located, contact us at support@solsticescience.com within 72 hours of the marked delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. Solstice Science LLC is not responsible for packages reported stolen after confirmed delivery.
